As most of you probably already know, Andrew & Ann Marie are not the all-inclusive beach resort type of couple, so an exotic island was out of the question for the honeymoon. Since they don't like staying in the same place for too long either, they decided they needed not only a memorable trip, but one that would take them to as many places as possible. The below itinerary was their final decision:
Andrew & Ann Marie will board a direct flight from JFK Monday evening and arrive bright and early in Munich, Germany on Tuesday, September 24th. They'll spend 3 nights at Platzl Hotel (which is conveniently located next to the Hofbräuhaus). They definitely plan on checking out Oktoberfest while they are in town.
On Friday, September 27th, Andrew &Ann Marie will fly into Venice early in the morning and spend the day getting lost in the streets and overeating delicious Italian food. They will be staying overnight at Ca Priuli and waking up to be whisked off to the next portion of their trip.
7-Night Greek Isles & Turkey Cruise
From Venice, they'll board Royal Caribbean's Splendour of the Seas to travel overnight to Split, Croatia. The following day they'll be at sea. On day four, the vessel will be docked in Kusadasi (Ephesus), Turkey. Next port of call will be Mykonos, Greece. And day six will be spent in Argostoli, Greece. The second to last day will be a day at sea, and Andrew & Ann Marie will return to Venice, Italy on Saturday morning, October 5th.
One last day and evening in Venice, Italy before the honeymoon ends...
HOME SWEET HOME
Andrew & Ann Marie board their first flight towards home at 2:50pm from Venice, Italy that will take them to their layover in Frankfurt. Their 5:10pm flight out of Germany will put them back at JFK on Sunday, October 6th.
